This license governs the Rathvan platform: the kernel, the builder service, the CLI, the web
console, the references and method documentation, and every artifact distributed from this
repository or from build.rathvan.com (together, "the Software"). It follows the compiler model:
you own what you build with the tool; the tool remains ours.

1. GRANT
   QuantAIseed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and
   use the Software to design, scaffold, build, and operate YOUR OWN software products.

2. OUTPUT EXCEPTION — WHAT YOU GENERATE IS YOURS
   Everything the Software writes into a product tree you generate — including kernel-derived
   source files the scaffolder emits, migrations, configuration, mobile starters, design tokens,
   and documentation — is YOURS, perpetually and irrevocably, under any terms you choose,
   including commercial and open-source terms. This exception survives any termination of this
   license. QuantAIseed asserts no rights over products you build or the revenue they earn.

3. RESTRICTIONS — WHAT REMAINS OURS
   Except as the Output Exception provides, you may not:
   a. redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly host the Software itself, in source or binary
      form, in whole or in part;
   b. offer the Software's scaffolding, building, or platform-generation capabilities to third
      parties as a service (a "competing hosted offering");
   c. use the Software, its references, or its method documentation to build a substantially
      similar software-platform generator;
   d. remove or alter copyright notices, provenance records (scaffold.lock, VERSION, bundle
      metadata), or this license from the Software. Provenance records inside YOUR generated
      products are yours to keep or remove.

4. TRADEMARKS
   "Rathvan", "QuantAIseed", and the associated logos and marks are not licensed. Stating
   truthfully that your product was built with Rathvan is welcome and does not require a license.

5. NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO
   EVENT SHALL QUANTAISEED BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM
   THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically on breach of Section 3. On termination you must stop
   using and delete your copies of the Software. THE OUTPUT EXCEPTION (Section 2) SURVIVES:
   nothing you generated is ever clawed back.

7. PRIOR VERSIONS
   Copies of this repository distributed before 15 August 2026 under the Apache License 2.0
   remain governed by that license for those copies. This license governs this and all later
   versions.
