Terms & Privacy

Rathvan is offered free while it is early. This page states what that means, what data exists, where it goes, and what is never sent to a model. It is written to be checked against the software, not to be long.

Version 1.0 · 15 August 2026 · QuantAIseed Technology Pvt Ltd

Read this first. These terms are drafted by the people who built the software and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe our actual intent and our actual system behaviour. If you are adopting Rathvan somewhere that needs a reviewed agreement — a procurement process, a DPA, a regulated environment — talk to us and we will do that properly rather than point you at this page.

Terms of the free tier

What you get

Free use of the hosted console and, where offered, a hosted builder, to design and generate your own software products. No payment, no card, no seat count.

What you own

Everything Rathvan generates for you is yours — the repositories, migrations, configuration and documentation it writes, perpetually and irrevocably, under any terms you choose, including commercial ones. This survives any end to your use of Rathvan and any end of Rathvan itself. We claim nothing over what you build or what it earns. The platform itself remains ours; the full statement is in the licence.

What free honestly means

What we ask of you

Ending it

You can stop at any time; ask us and we will delete your account data. We may suspend an account that breaks the rules above. Neither ends your ownership of what you generated.

Privacy — what actually exists

This is a description of the running system, not a category list. Where the software refuses to do something, it refuses in code, and the check is in the repository.

DataWhy it existsWhere it lives
Your email / account label To sign you in and to attribute actions to a person Our database, in India (Mumbai region)
Your intake answers and prompts They are the input the plan is generated from Our database, and sent to a model vendor to generate artifacts
Your model API key Required for AI generation on the hosted service, so those calls run on your account and not ours. Not needed for anything else Encrypted at rest. Never returned by any surface — not even to you
Repository connection To open pull requests in repositories you chose An installation id, which is not a secret. No repository token is ever stored — they are minted on demand and expire within the hour
Usage counters To see which vendor served calls, and to cap spend Aggregates only, with no per-user dimension

What is never sent to a model

The platform enforces this at the one place every model call passes through, and refuses rather than redacts: government identifiers, salary, tax amounts, bank details, phone numbers, and raw user notes. If you paste such material into a prompt, the call is refused rather than quietly cleaned.

Who else sees anything

Your choices

Retention, and honesty about breach

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask. Aggregated counters carry no identity and are kept as operational history. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what happened, what was affected, and when — before we have a tidy story, because a delayed disclosure is worse than an embarrassing one.

Children and location

Rathvan is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. It is operated from India by QuantAIseed Technology Pvt Ltd. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights — the EU, the UK, India's DPDP Act — write to us and we will honour those rights rather than argue about applicability.
